My January resolution last year was to record at least one positive thing per day, really as a strategy to focus and absorb the good in every day including the hard days. My first love is pen and ink journalling and I started out using Diarium to capture my immediate impressions and photos and then when I have time, I add photos and reflections to a physical planner. Dwelling on the positives has given a huge wellbeing boost.
Over time I've made more and more use of the app and created my own templates and integrated it with Google Fit etc.
The point of this post is mostly just to day that I absolutely love this app and to express my gratitude to Timo for creating and maintaining it and responding to queries from users. I particularly appreciate that it is not subscription based (just so oversubscribed these days!) and chose this app over Day One for that reason. If Timo has a Ko-Fi account or other tip jar, I'd like to be able to express my gratitude that way.
