I am a new fan of Diarium, but can long hand much faster then type. Any chance that a handwriting to text feature can be integrated or can you recommend an app that does this and can interface easily.

Yeah, it's absolutely ridiculous to pay twice a one-time fee for an app which is continuously improved for the needs of the users and supported on several platforms by one developer and his insane support here in the forum. Go and blame Apple for separation of iOS and MacOS.

(just for ridiculous completeness: you can spend some more bucks/coffees/teas via PayPal to support the developers effort)

Hi I'm on a device without Play Store, so I sideloaded the app and noticed a Get License button which leads to this Gumroad page where I can pay for it: https://timopartl.gumroad.com/l/diarium_android

But it doesn't appear on your Gumroad profile page, and in this FAQ thread you seem to indicate only Play Store supported(?), so I'm a bit confused now: can I still buy the pro version on android through Gumroad? Or has it been removed?

NiaoDan I only distribute the app through the Play Store and have given no authorization to other Store providers to offer my app to download. The Gumroad link is for users that download the app through the Play Store but cannot purchase through Google (e.g. users in Russia).
You can buy the app on Gumroad and use it on the sideloaded app, but I don't provide any support for that scenario, as Diarium depends on Play Services to be present in order to function correctly.

I have purchased Diarium for both my phone and my laptop.

Unfortunatel I recently bought a new laptop and transferred everything from the old to the new... but for whatever reason Diarium does not seem to have ported over.

I am still able to use Diarium on my Android phone, but NOT on my new laptop (I am still able to use it on the old laptop)… so my question is how do I get it onto my new laptop without having to purchase a license again?

You need to use the same Microsoft account in the Microsoft Store that you bought the app with

tommu319 No, I don#t know that. I have no insights into what Microsoft accounts do purchase the app, this information is not available to app developers

Hi. I just brought the Pro version. Is there a way to get the time of the entries to show on the Word export? My trial export just exported the dates but not the times. Thanks.

Felix6 It should depend on if you have the "show time of entries" setting enabled. But I noticed that it would still only export the date to the docx files (it works as expected for html and txt exports). Will fix that for the docx exports with the next update

Thanks. Yes, I've confirmed on my end the times export in txt format. I can always copy and paste into a Word document until you make the update.

I don't mind paying separately for Android and Windows, especially since it's very reasonably priced and just a one-time payment. I'm giving Diarium a try after experiencing some technical problems with Journey. I just want a reliable journal app. So far, so good!
