Hi there, I just want some clarification. I will be buying the premium version in future and I currently use the Android version. I want to purchase the Microsoft version as well. Will the journal entries be separate for each account or is there a way for me to conect both once I go the premium route?

You can sync your journal cross-platform between devices. That means you can access the same journal on multiple devices, no matter if they run Windows, macOS, iOS or Android.

I appreciate your patience replying to comments. I just want to add my feedback that I think the current model is perfect, please don't ever change it. I'm using the Pro version of Diarium on WIndows, Android, and iOS, and have purchased the Windows and the Android licenses such a long time ago that I feel it is a steal to have all the premium and updated features still for such a low price compared to other similar apps. The end-to-end encryption is the cherry on top, such a great addition!

I sometimes purchase your other apps to support you, and plan on donating as well once I have them all. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Shouri No it's not possible to transfer the license from one account to another. It's bound to the account you bought it with

timo Hello! I've installed Diarium on my android smartphone a few days ago. All was perfect, beautiful app, so I moved to Pro version, paying on Google Payment with Paypal. All went fine. After a couple of days I activated the Pro version on my android tablet, too. All went good. However, yesterday I got a message from Paypal, stating that Google Payment is going to reimburse me for the exact amount spent, I do not know why.
At the same time I've been reverted to the free version on both devices.
Can you guess what happened? Can you please suggest how to restore my pro version? Would it be ok to simply repeat the purchase?

I also don't know why. The payments are all handled by Google, so it would be best asking them for more details on why the payment wasn't successful. Sorry that I am unable to give better help here.
You can certainly try to repeat the purchase, maybe using another payment option (e.g. credit card)

Trying to make sure I understand fully before purchasing…if I purchase full version on my iPad, will that also be good for the iPhone? I know you have written a lot about this but I’m not super knowledgeable on this stuff. Love the app!

CRG The "iOS" purchase works for both iPad and iPhone (as long as you are using the same Apple ID on both these devices). "iPadOS" is technically the same as "iOS". You'd have to get a different purchase if you wanted to use the app also on macOS, Windows or Android
