Hmmm, I see the dilemma. I didn't realize it would increase the price THAT much.
I really enjoy your app, I have been using the Pro version for a little over a year now on my Google Pixel 7 phone, but when I discovered there was a Windows version I got excited that I'd be able to make my entries using a keyboard rather than an on-screen keyboard, which would make adding new entries much faster and easier. So I went to the Microsoft Store to download it but it wouldn't let me even download it unless I paid $9.99 again, so I started looking for a way to get my license to carry over from the Google Play Store to the Microsoft Store, which led me to this forum.
I was a bit disappointed that I would not have it on my Windows PC because I am currently unemployed and in college taking programming classes, so even though I LOVE this application, I really cannot afford to pay ten bucks again. I wish there were a web version, that way I could access my journal from ANY device through a browser!! I don't know if you know anything about developing web-based applications, but that might be a worthwhile workaround for this licensing issue...
I DID finally find a way to use my Pro version on the big screen with a keyboard, and I cannot believe I hadn't thought of this before: I installed Diarium from the Play Store on my Chromebook!! My keyboard-support problem has been solved!!_
_Thank you for your response & keep up the good work!!__
