Sync the clouds between different platforms

Hi, I bought the pro-version on my Android, then I could easily get it on my Microsoft computer via Google Play. Now, some months later, I have bought a new computer and can't get it from Google Play anymore. Why is that?

And if I buy a new version on my new Microsoft computer, can I sync that account to my account I use on the Android phone? So my diary notes I write on my mobile could be found on my computer. I hope you understand what I mean. I have no problem if I have to buy the Pro again if you have changed the distribution method since I downloaded on my old Microsoft computer, but it would be too confusing having two separate diaries.

MariaGunnarsson Google Play Store is for Android. On Windows you cannot install any Android apps and not use the Google Play Store. Your sync questions should be answered here in the FAQs or is it missing anything?
