As the title suggests, whenever I change the font colors on the application on my Windows PC, once I hit save and re-read the entry--- the font colors selected disappears.
I tried to apply font colors to templates first. Upon pulling up the template into an entry, the font colors are gone. So I head back to the template, and see that the font colors I selected are gone from the formatting.
I downloaded the Android mobile application to see if the colors will stick/stay when using the mobile app. I formatted one of the templates to have different-colored fonts and saved it. This was successfully saved with the font colors intact. So, what I do, is start an entry, and pull up the template I just saved and the font colors are there as I start to write on the Windows PC application. Once I hit save, and go back to the entry, the font color is gone again.
I tried to see if it's just an issue with the Windows PC, so I opened the same entry on the mobile app-- and lo and behold, the font colors are gone on my mobile app too.
Please help.
