Hey thanks for the explanation but I just wanted to clear one thing about the Apple store, I can use the app both on the MAC OS and IOS with a single purchase right? and I will have to pay for windows and android seperately?

The Pro version is separate per platform. iOS is a different platform than macOS. This is also mentioned in the text that you just commented to:

I have purchased the Pro version through iOS (my phone) and thought one purchase would sync all my platforms (macOS and iOS).

Do you have a chance to transfer my iOS purchase to MacOS since I mainly write on macOS?

The app displays this text on the purchase page when you buy the Pro version:

License will be bound to App Store account. App licenses for other platforms need to be purchased separately.

Is the text too small? Is it not explanatory enough? How could I make this more clear?

I cannot transfer/revoke/refund any purchases on the Apple App Store, they don't give developers that option.

Actually no 🙁 Maybe I was unable to pay attention because of the environment at that moment.

Or maybe I got the "other platforms" as Windows and Android, I don't remember honestly. I may have thought I would have a pro license on both my iOS and macOS. So you may indicate it especially to be more clear - if you like. I guess you can enter specific descriptions or warnings based on the platform (e.g. AppStore for iOS here).

I could not find a chance to write on my journal since I purchased it on Jan 4 but when I tried today, I figured out the situation 🙂

Honestly, the problem for me is that it is not easy to write comprehensively on mobile rather than on a laptop or desktop.

I have created a request through reportaproblem.apple.com. If they honor it, I will go ahead with macOS purchase.
