Problem adding more than one photo

What happens when you try to add more than one?
Did you try restarting the app?
What's the app version you're using? You didn't fill in that info

I am using the latest app from the Apple Store not sure how I find the version number.
The only way to add more than one picture is to restart the app, but even then it will only allow the addition of one extra photo. I have tried restarting the phone but the same thing happens. It only started yesterday, and no phone or app updates were done

I have the same problem (since version 3.0.53, iPhone SE (2022) with iOS 17.3.1). When I try to add multiple photos, it uploads only one photo. Then it is impossible to add another photo until I restart Diarium again. Thanks for looking into this.

How exactly are you adding photos? And are you adding them one by one or are you adding multiple at once?
Also, when adding the photos, are you seeing a dialog popup asking you if you want to add the location?

I think I might know what would be causing this and I have a big update for iOS coming up, I just hope it won't break something else... 😅

Thanks for the question. I am trying to add a series of photos at the same time from the iOS gallery. Doing that I do not get the ‘location dialogue’.
FYI: it works fine on my iPad (same Diarium version and iOS version, so it is an iPhone issue).
No rush, I can live with it for for a while if that suits your big update work better.

That's just the limitation of the free version. Or what do you mean with "get restricted"?
I will release an update (3.0.58) shortly. Let me know if the problem continues to happen with it

Same here:
Diarium 3.0.53
Ios 17.3.1 on 15Pro
Only one foto to include in entry, even if more were chosen. No dialogue shown, whether location should be added.
After that no further foto will be added. Neither to the open entry nor at any other entry.
Function works again for exactly one foto after closing and reopening the app.

Hi there, I’m having same issue: have paid for version but I’m for last few days can only add one photo or video at a time (and need to restart app to keep adding further photos… again one by one with app restarts in between). I even deleted and reinstalled app but not change…. This defo feels like a bug… any idea please when new version is being released as this is kinda unworkable in the meantime!

Dear Timo,
I have just downloaded Diarium’s new version (3.0.57) and it looks like everything is working again as before.

vdsteenm Glad the photo is working again, but please note that 3.0.57 also has a few bugs that were fixed with additional updates, that are currently in certification. I hope that 3.0.60 works without issues

Just updated to 3.0.57 and it’s all working again, thank you. Just want to add that I think the app is fantastic!
