Question regardging to buying

Hello, I like this product very much. Now I am in China, and I have purchased two versions of Android and Apple software. I also want to buy the version of windows software, but I find it is not available in the Microsoft store in China. Is there any way to buy the windows version of this software in China? Thank you.

Diarium should also be available in China. Could you give me more information on what is not working? Is the app simply not visible in the Microsoft Store at all?
You can also get the app from my website here, but purchasing the app from the Microsoft store generally is easier and cheaper

This error indicates a problem in Windows. Nothing I can do about it, sorry.
You might want to check if there are any pending Windows updates or updates in the Microsoft Store.
I can only offer a refund of your purchase.

And as I said before, you should be able to buy the app through the Microsoft store. If that doesn't work either, I would consider reinstalling Windows (or upgrading to Windows 11)

Maybe you firewall or something is blocking the AppInstaller from accessing the installation files which are located on my server

Thank you so much for your kind explanation! It doesn't matter. My computer may have to be replaced soon, too. I just want to make sure that if I get a new computer or a new phone in the future, will I be able to re-install the different versions of apps (Apple, Android and windows) that I purchased for free? Yes, once you get your new computer, you can use the installer to install the app. Make sure to keep the license key that you got after the purchase.

You can inspect the installer file and see the URL for the "full" app.
But be aware that installing that file will break the auto-update mechanism. You will not automatically get new updates! I strongly suggest installing using the .installer file (or use the Microsoft Store)!
