DaniKeiko This error is caused by the pCloud server and that's also the reason I don't recommend it for the WebDAV Sync (key part of the error is net_http_invalid_response_premature_eof (ResponseEnded)). pCloud needs to fix their WebDAV implementation, there's nothing I can do - sorry.

The microsoft store only lets me buy the app for my desk PC at work, I have already paid for the App on my Laptop PC AND on my android phone..

How can I download it in order to Sync without paying another £8.39?

MartinHalfhide If you've already bought the app on the Microsoft Store, you need to use the same Microsoft account on other device where you want to download the app from the Microsoft Store

MartinHalfhide Then you are logged in with a different Microsoft account. It is not possible to buy the Pro version twice with the same Microsoft account. You will not see the WorkingHours show up twice in your Microsoft Store purchase history

I bought the Windows version and the Android trial. I created a journal entry with a photo from Google photos on Android. I can't get the journal entry into Windows. I can get a file but that is useless. I want to edit the Android entry in Windows. Is this possible?

I didn't understand the problem. Did you set up the sync as it is explained above?

timo I own the Android and windows version. When I try to sync, it only syncs to my android version, not my Windows version. I need it to sync to my Windows version

Hey Timo. Liking the apps. Running on apple and ios(phone and iPad). Having issues with the IOS versions.
iPhone: version 18.1. When ever i copy and paste, i get a duplicate entry following the pasted one. second duplicate contains weird characters in it.sorry, didnt get a pic of the problem.
iPad: using it with Beta of 18.2. It wasn't syncing any changes once it synced the for the day. deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it's stuck on "logging into iCloud". it locks up the app to where nothing reacts to touch. even the cancel under the login in is frozen. Let it sit that way for over an hour. only way to close the app is to swipe it closed.
I realize it may be a beta issue, but wondering if you ran into this issue yet. Screen cap isn't syncing with iCloud, so no pic of that either.

KapenaStone The duplication bug was reported here and should be resolved in the latest app version (v3.1.9).
For bugs, please open a new, separate thread. Please note that I can not check bugs reported on iOS beta versions. It happened more often than not, that those problems were actually iOS bugs that were resolved in the final versions

love using diarium!
only a couple issues: i usually make entries on my android phone and they sync with diarium that i have
on my laptop. but for a couple months now there has been no text showing up on my laptop, only a few photos. this happened once before but i can't remember how i got it to sync from phone to laptop and stay current with new entries.

also i notice when editing text on my phone, the text will scroll quickly from where the cursor is placed, and i have to drag it back to where i was writing. no big deal, just annoying.

Maybe the sync is turned off and the photos showing are just the ones from the Camera Roll integration? Please try to manually click on the sync buttons on both devices.

The scrolling issue you mention could be the same as reported here

i checked both phone and laptop settings to see if sync was enabled and they are.
when i click the sync button (upper right corner on the phone app) manually it reads "local and remote data bases already in sync".

would it have anything to with default template because that says "disabled"?
or is it something going on with one drive which i am using?

Does this message also come when you make a change and then click that button?
Are you sure you are logged in to the same Cloud Storage on both devices?

and both devices are logged into the same storage app, one drive and is enabled on each

In 2023 I dowloaded the free version on ipadOS (5th Gen/2017). I then downloaded another free version on iphone12 but found I could not sync those two. I presume the free version did not support syncing in any way even same platform devices. So my iphone version began a whole new journal there, different custom template set up etc.
I then upgraded to Pro on the iphone. But i didn't know how to merge this with the ipad journal.
Since then that ipad's battery has failed to recharge so until i replace battery or restore to a new ipad i cant access what is stored locally. MY DROPBOX syncs the iphone journal. So (with or without bringing the ipad back to life):

Is there a way to access the free version entries on ipad
Will the orig ipad journal be upgraded to Pro in line with my IOS purchase? Automatically or how?
if /when they can be synced, how will they merge? bc There may be some entries on the same days using a different locally stored template.
( FYI I do plan to purchase a macOS version, but am confined by legacy hardware to what runs on 10.10.5 Yosemite so Im presuming that will be a problem and probably wont have any bearing in this case.)

It should, if you use the same Apple account on both devices

They should automatically merge when you connect both devices to the sync. You can always create manual backups in the settings to be on the safe side. When there is the identical entry on both devices (have they have the exact same timestamp) it should not come to duplicates. Otherwise, both entries will be in the merged result.
