Hi,
I bought Diarium on June 2020. I don't recall for which device I bought it. Here's the email below.

I have a new PC/phone now. I am trying to download the app for my PC but it's asking me to buy again.

I would like to know how to download the app for Windows 10 and also sync my data PC to Iphone.
Please help!

If you already have Diarium installed from the Microsoft Store, you need to uninstall it first (make sure to make a database backup in the app settings) before installing it again using the .appinstaller file.

Hi, you bought the app from my website. With the app there came a .appinstaller app that you can still use to download the app. If you can't find it, log in to your account in https://gumroad.com/ where you should see it.

To enable the sync, simply enable the option in the settings

    Hello Timo,
    My phone's OS (Iphone) crashed and I had to reset phone and re-download the app.
    I am unable to sync between my Windows 10 laptop and my phone IOS now.
    Please see the screenshot.
    I cannot find any option to login to my PRO account on my phone.
    Can you please help how I can login and sync between my phone and laptop

    There is no "Diarium account".
    Please refer to the Pro version FAQ for information regarding the Pro version and how to restore it.
    It is important you download the app with the same Apple account you previously bought the Pro version for iOS with

    PROBLEM SOLVED

    Since I lost my phone, actually that's when the 2 got out of sync.
    Solution: sync from my phone instead of PC and then login into gmail to trigger the sync via google drive.

    They both synced up within 5 mins 🙂

    I have read the Pro Version FAQ and since then have purchased both iOS iphone and Windows licenses.
    I'm not sure where I am going wrong but the 2 are out of sync.

    Would you please suggest how to sync the two?

    @ShazidRahman, I am bit confused regarding your last message. Did the sync work now or is there still a problem?
