hahajava I became a new user since last month. I really need the checkbox function. Being able to check off daily routines seems really nice.
Silas Checkboxes and a table function would be really useful for me! Since I use Diarium for everything, a table would help me organize and track so much in an entry, and checkboxes would be useful for lists and to-dos that I do daily.
cldcld I would also be very happy to have tables and checkboxes in my journal! Would you @timo make an estimate if these features require a small/large implementation effort?
timo I estimate that this is very high implementation effort and therefore not on the roadmap currently, sorry
Faded Fragger timo what about just adding simple check boxes/circles? That alone would allow me to stop using a to-do list on another app, making me do everything here.
YangLin I second the motion! Please add the following functionality: Display text in multiple rows and columns in a table or other form.
grtrttutyu i am using bullet points and strike off to mark something as done I just type the word "Done" Task 1 Task 2 - Done Task 3
mcmiisa Another vote for the checkbox (or circle) list, it wouldn't have to do anything else than look different when checked vs when not. Editing text after the fact works, but is clunky and especially fiddly on a phone.
FatherRoderick Adding my voice to the chorus in favor of checkboxes. I use Diarium multiple times per day to chronicle my progress on what I planned in the morning. I know that there are other ways to mark this, like strikethrough text or adding 'done' after a task, but it is so much more elegant and intuitive to just check a box when I'm done with a task.
songofruth Honestly, I'm good, generally, without checkboxes. I use Diarium for journaling, not task management. Every time I try to mix the two, even when checkboxes are available, it always ends in such a muddle.
MerlieDeal I highly need a checkbox. Would really love it if this feature becomes available. Tables would be awesome too.
DrBrake I don't really feel the need for checkboxes personally but the option to insert a table would be nice. I half expected I would be able to paste one in from Word or Excel but that wasn't possible. (Of course I could always attach one as a file, but that's a little clumsy).
