Direction of the text in Arabic Changes after clouding

I use last desktop version of the application on windows 10. First time when I type the text in Arabic or Persian as from right to left it works and no problem. But as I close the application and open it again the direction of the text is changed to left to right (as in english).
I would be grateful if you could help me to fix the problem.

I am not entirely sure but I think the text direction could depend on the Windows language.
What language/keyboard settings are you using in Windows?
Is Diarium in Arabic language?
When you create a new entry, is the cursor in the text box on the left or on the right?
