Your Microsoft Store account only controls the Windows license. Access to it alone does not expose your locally stored journal.
However, if you synchronized Diarium with OneDrive using that account, the hacker may be able to access the sync files unless you enabled password-protected end-to-end encryption (which is currently an opt-in beta feature, so probably not).
