thanks for the details about the Android/HyperOS version. Please also send the Diarium version from Diarium’s About page, because the system version alone is not enough to investigate this.
A system update should not normally change or delete Diarium templates. The templates are stored in the Diarium database, so if the default template is still applied but no longer visible in the template list, I need a bit more information to understand what is happening.
Please check/send:
- Does restarting the phone change anything?
- Are the templates missing in Settings > General > Templates, or only when selecting a template inside an entry?
- Are they still shown in the Default template setting?
- If you create a new template and save it without renaming it, does it stay visible?
- Please send a short screen recording showing the problem.
Also please make sure you are using the latest Diarium version from Google Play.
