Can’t link and sync iOS and MacOs vers of the app

I bought PRO for iOS week agoand successfully linked two gadgets iPhone 16pro and iPad 6 gen - both are synced.
But MacBookPro stays isolated - I try to buy Darium PRO for MacOS with the same payment way, as week before with iOS - can’t be bought at all. Account is fulfilled, Apple ID works, but to upgrade Darium to PRO there looks unavailable.

OS + version: MacOS Ventura 13.7.8
Device model: MacBook Pro A 2017

Hi, Timo!
I have Daruim on 3 devices: iPhone, iPad, MacBookPro.
I bought PRO for iOS. It works properly on both devices.
I want to unite notes from MacBookPro with notes on iPhone. As I see it’s impossible - I have to pay for one more PRO for MacOs, isn’t it?
I try to buy it within the same way, from the same Apple ID, but it’s impossible - payment can’t be accepted.

Other apps (including Darium Pro for iOS) were paid from the they bank account properly, the only problem with PRO for MacOs

I'm afraid this is a problem with Apple - they handle the entire payment process. The dialogs in your screenshots are from Apple/macOS and not under my control. I would review the payment settings on your Mac, google the problem (e.g. the error message) and if that doesnt help, contact Apple Support
