I'm having lots of problems synchronizing my laptop and handheld. My big worry is that I'll lose six months of work, which is really sad. If you can show me a way of doing it, I would be very, very grateful. I'm already enjoying using diarrheum, and I know that synchronizing the two and the ability to just add notes while I'm out would improve my experience further.

KevinNairne Setting up the sync should not put your data at risk. You can always make a manual backup of the database in the app settings, too.

KevinNairne Please explain in more detail what you click in the app and what happens in the app. Essentially all you need to do is go into the settings, select a Cloud Sync option (e.g. OneDrive) and log in with the same (Microsoft) account on both devices

timo in my hand-held, I'm in now. As soon as I open it, it gives me an option for the pro version, which says "Synchronize across all your devices." It wants me to buy it for another £13.49. Do I have to buy it the second time? The cloud sync says disabled.
Ah, what I have noticed is you said you only buy the pro version once per platform, not per device. As long as your devices use the same app store .

That may be where the problem is; however, my laptop device came first, and I don't know where it downloaded it from. How can I find that out?

This seems to be the problem. I downloaded the original from your website after checking it out and purchased it. Unfortunately, I have an Android handheld which won't let me download it from the same site. What do I do now?

KevinNairne Android and Windows are separate platforms. In the app description it's noted that the Pro version needs to be bought on other platforms like Android. It's also shown in the Pro version page on Android. And it's explained in detail here in the FAQs
How can I make this information more accessible? Where is it missing?
