MacOS Diary entry shows Photo that are not added

Was adding pictures on macros and it added a link to pictures that I can not see to delete.
When I delete the entry for that day it does not delete the link to the pictures.
On that day on my iPad or iPhone I see no entry.

How can I delete the link to the picture

Diarium version: 3.1.88
OS + version: MAC OS Tahoe 26.2

Not sure how to get rid of the link but at least I can@t see the link if I click on

Settings >Feeds and Events >Camera Roll
and click it off.

Where does the link come from? How do I remove it?

I guess those are photos you took on Jan 2nd, likely on your iPhone and have been added to your iCloud Photo Gallery that syncs over devices?
