Hi - I've been using Diarium since 2018 and I love it. I use it in my Android phone and laptop computer (Windows). I just moved to a new computer downloaded the app -- but I can't figure out how to restore my journal entries. The app on the computer doesn't seem to recognize me. Thank you very much.

When having a problem or question please:
- check if there is an existing discussion with the same topic
- have a look into the FAQ section where the most common questions have already been answered
- check if you have the latest app version installed
- describe your problem/question with as many details as possible (not just "XY doesn't work")
- include the app version you have installed - you find it in the "About" page of Diarium
- include the operation system (e.g. iOS) and operating system version (e.g. iOS 14.4)
