Setting reminder/alarm for future events

Would it be possible to have a feature on Diarium where we could set date and time to receive a reminder/alarm for a future event, just like there is in most calendar's app?

I don't plan to add such a feature as I would rather consider this something that a calendar app would do already

really? sad face. I'll tell ya i really was wishing Darium had a reminder feature as well. i was sure it did when i downloaded it but couldn't find it i got busy and would look later. So just now i searched alarm and here i arrived. I'm sorry to hear u aren't planning on doing that. 😥 is it very difficult? i must say in that google calendar 📅 not once have i been PROPERLY notified. its horrible!. oh well.

I don't understand why people are requesting this feature, since this is an "diary" app. You are not supposed to write future things in your diary. The whole point of diary is that you can write about things that have happened and not about what will happen.

Just from my point of view, as I have personal difficulties managing multiple organization app I would love to have just one simple tool for basic day to day organisation such as reminders, to do list etc.
Personally believe reminder functionality ( if it's not too complicated to implement / use ) will be really useful to people like me.

I’m getting to an age where keeping things simple (and by that I mean manageable!) is the aim.

This App ticks so many boxes that I’d rather stay on this App, rather than jump on another App.

The Diarium App already shows calendar entries at the bottom; why not the return traffic.

You’ve made this App too good, to now not make it perfect!

While recurring reminder notes are a calendar function, I would like to have this feature in Diarium because I use Diarium as a diary and calendar, as I suspect many people do. I use Diarium every day, I don't use either my Outlook or Google calendar every day. Of course, when I run out of patience with having to forward post reminders, I'll have to find another solution.
