Error while syncing diary on Windows 10 using OneDrive

OS + version: Windows 10
Device model: Microsoft Surface Book 3

Error Header as in Subject Header, goes on further:
The app cannot connect to the selected cloud service. Please check your internet connection or try again later.

An error occurred while sending the request
The text associated with this error code could not be found.
The connection with the server was reset.

Troubleshooting attempted: Tried to logout and log back into my OneDrive account.

About three days of this error I think.

As the message indicates, there is a problem with the internet connection - this is nothing I can help with. Please make sure there is no VPN or firewall interfering with the network traffic

It seems to have resolved itself today, I will KIV that it is probably something to do with my office internet, thanks Timo

Hi, i experienced similar problems (cannot sync with One Drive)

initially purchased Diarium pro and install it in my Tablet Samsung Tab S6 Lite. No problem with logging in and syncing to OneDrive
after a while, i change device to mobile phone due to more portable and easier accesible to pocket.
i cannot sync to my previous One Drive account
(Picture shown the stuck page - the page won't proceed even after tapping continue)

New Device: Redmi Note 13
Diarium version : 3.1.50
Os + Version: android 15

syedzran What browser app are you using? Looks like your browser isnt launching Diarium again.
