Add "Select all tags" and "Clear all tags" buttons in Search UI

Hi Timo,

I want shortcut buttons to "select all tags" and "deselect all tags". This will automatically check or uncheck all of the checkboxes of the tags in the Search UI.

My use case is, I want to display all entries except entries containing specific tags. For example, I want to show all entries except those with "Work" and "Done" tags.

To do this now, I have to check all tags individually, which could be 20+ tags, then uncheck the 2 tags I want to exclude from the search results.
