Ohh. I solved the problem. The selection list for HTML, DOC, etc. was still in the first box over a year ago (see screenshot). Now, however, it only appears after clicking the ‘Export’ button when selecting the destination.
I overlooked this until now and discovered it on my third attempt thanks to your instructions.
