Please add entry count while using search

While using text search with filter or without filter, entries are listed. But it is impossible to know the entry count. Please display number of entries listed while using search.

In what context or situation would the search result count be of interest or help you?

I could swear that someone has already requested this. I am also interested in this. I usually get all the counts by checking the tag count, but in some rare cases I am searching for some combination of tags, tracker or people and would like to know the count of that search.
