Synology - App License & Sync

I have Synology DS224+. I want to purchase Diarium and use it on my DS224+. My questions are:
1- Can I just by one license or do I have to purchase multiple licenses? If one, which license I should buy (Microsoft, Android, or iOS?
2- How (steps) to sync or connect to Synology?
