Text repeating itself

having an issue with my text repeating itself in my journal entries in several of the days. Can someone help me please?

Are you using the Cloud Sync and use the app on multiple devices?

I only use the macIOS version to journal. I do have the iPhone version on my phone but they will not sync together because I did not purchase the pro version for the phone.

my text constantly repeats itself like a copy and paste but I am not copying and pasting it. the body off the text like several sentences repeats itself over and over. I have to go in manually and erase the repeated texts. It also only does it in the last part of my journal entry , like the last paragraph repeats itself several times.

missymisdemeanr How exactly can I reproduce this issue on my device? How exactly does the text repeat itself? Is it like you type some text and then suddenly the text is duplicated? Or do you exit the entry, open it again, and then it is duplicated?

I'll ask again since I didn't get a clear answer: Are you using the Cloud Sync? Is the Cloud Sync feature enabled on your Mac?

12 day's ago I reached out to you with a problem , or issue what ever you want to call it and I have not heard from you yet. I don't know if you forgot or you just don't want to help with this issue but I have been waiting for a response.

Yes I did answer you I said it was sync to cloud . For you information I am 65 yr old and my first time having an app to do my journaling. I don't know much about computer because I never have to use them at my work. So I thought I could enjoy journaling on a computer with a journal app. With your attitude is very poor. so I will say it again and again it is sync to cloud so fix the problem.

Timo can't help you without enough information. You can't just say, "It's broken. Fix it." What can he do if he doesn't know what's broken?

I have Diarium on three devices: iPhone, iPad, Windows
App version 3.2.6.0, iPhone and iPad. 26.4.2. Laptop 3.2.5

I use all three to enter logs and go back and correct the errors and dupes.

I was synching to Dropbox but changed to OneDrive today, then continued making fixes and deleting duplicated text. The change did not seem to have any effect.

I have gone back 6 years, removed duplicated text and fixed errors. Then copied logs to another App. UpNote, so I have a clean record. Going back to Diarium, the logs I fixed have duplicated text back again.

I want to keep using Diarium as I love the ease of use and the tags.
But when the notes have masses of duplicated sections of text that I cannot get rid of then I have to do something.

Right now my only idea is to fix and copy all the logs one day at a time to another app and eventually delete the Diarium data and copy them back in. This is exceeding tedious and after months I only have 6 years worth done out of over 30 years worth of logs, I am retired and have a lot of free time but still ...

I cannot believe that I am the only person with this issue, so I must be doing something wrong. Please help.
