Help!!!

I recently had my phone stolen and downloaded diarium on new phone. I have a paid version of the app. Signed in with my account and I still cannot see any of my old diaries. Nothing at all and only see optoon to download local backup.
When I go into my drive I see a couple of diarium files but it all shows updated yesterday and I can't even figure out how to restore backup
Please help.
I have always synced to cloud.

Sorry to hear that about your phone being stolen! What account exactly did you sign in and where?
If you used the Cloud Sync (and from what you say this seems to be the case), you can re-enable the Cloud Sync (not the backup) and log in with the same Cloud account you used before (e.g. Google account for Google Drive sync), then your journal will be downloaded.

Hi Timo sorry just saw you already replied to this.
I backup to Google account. I think problem is that I bought the pro on a different email and backup on a different email.
Now I don't even know what I did but when I go to try and sync or backup it tells me that I need to buy the pro version again. Sorry I'm really not tech savvy so it's hard to know what I'm doing wrong

Black It doesn't matter what account you used to buy the app with, the sync account is separate from it and you can choose it when setting up the sync. You can check your Google Drives of your different Google account to see which one has the correct "Diarium" folder in it.
The Pro version is explained in the Pro version FAQs. If it asks you to buy the app, then there is no Pro version connected with the current Google account you used to download the app

Thanks for your help so far Timo. I managed to resolved the pro notification I was downloading in on a wrong email as you suggested

I have gone to sync to my backup drive. This is the account I use for all my backups. There is a diarium folder in it as shown
But even after syncing, my calendar on the app has nothing on it. I should have a daily entry until 19th June when I lost my phone. But there's only dumny entries from 25th and 26th when I first reinstalled the app.
It's possible that I stopped syncing at some point without realising but I should have something at least. my old phone drive backup shows a diarium backup last 31st may.

Black Perhaps you have not enabled the Cloud Sync before, on your old device? You should see in the timestamps on Google Drive when the folder and the files in it were first created. If it shows todays or yesterdays date, then those folders were just created when you enabled the Sync now.

What do you mean with "old phone drive backup"?
What happens when trying to insert an image here in the forums?
