Microsoft Store Issues

So, I used Android Diarium for quite sometime now and I recently found out that it has other versions - iOS, Mac, Windows.
I got very interested on being able to sync both of my laptop & cellphone and I tried to buy it through MS, but it isn't working and I don't know why.
I already search it, some people had this issue as well (with the purchase system) but I didn't find a way to correct it in my case.
I wonder, there's any chance of the app being launched somewhere else? For example, on Steam?

Sure, I can try.
What happens is when I click to buy it, it opens a new window where I select my credit card to pay.
But after I select it and click on Next to confirm the purchase, it opens a new white window and just freeze. Like it doesn't do anything, it's just this blank window and it doesn't even conclude the process.
I also tried to buy it through my father's computer, and had same issue.

I searched a bit more and found out that can be the current pay form or the local differences between who is buying and who is selling.

I might wait a little bit to see if I'm charged or not, then I'll try those options.

So, I couldn't buy it from MS. At least not from Brazil.

I waited some time and I updated the MS store, it didn't help nor change anything.
I tried a different credit card, no success also.

I searched more and found this:

But I can't buy from the website, it asks me to open the app to conclude the purchase.
I don't know what is the matter honestly.

an4c3cilia What Windows version are you using and did you install all updates in the Microsoft Store and in the Windows settings?
Does the screenshot from your link show the exact same window that you are seeing?

My settings says that everything is up to date, both Windows & Store.
Yes, the screenshot it's the same window that shows up to me.

an4c3cilia I asked a Microsoft engineer about this and he asked if you could perform these steps to analyze the issue:

Reproduce the problem (try to buy the app in the Microsoft Store) so you see the blank/white dialog
Press the Windows button on your keyboard and type "cmd"
Open the "Command prompt" app
Enter "wscollect.exe" and hit enter
There will be a *.cab file on your Desktop - could you please send it to me via mail (diariumapp@outlook.com)?

I can then also give you instruction via mail on how to get the app outside the Microsoft Store so you can finally get to use it 🙂

Ok... I think I'll wait some months to see if the Store got an update & solve it by themselves, Everything seems to not allow me to get it on my desktop.

I did this procedure, but when I was about to send it via mail, this happens:

& if the only way to purchase it it's via Gumroad I'm afraid I can't afford it.
Unfortunately, the direct exchange rate makes it really expensive in Brazilian currency (buying it in dollar instead of real). ☹️

I apologize for this whole incovenience & I thank you so much for attending me patiently and willingly!
I hope to be able to get the app soon on my desktop as I enjoy it so much on my android!

an4c3cilia I think you can overcome the e-mail sending problem by zipping the file (creating a zip archive with the file in it) and then send that file.
I can send a discount for the Gumroad version, too
