Missing entries

After installing Diarium on a new phone in April (my old one was bricked), and syncing (from OneDrive), the previous three months of entries (Jan-March 2025) have disappeared (before a "My First Diary" entry) but the twelve months before that (all of 2024) are fine. This is the case both on PC and Android. Help! How can I get this year's entires back? Many thanks.

This sounds like the sync was not enabled from January onwards. Are you sure the sync is enabled on your PC?

Yes - both on PC and Android.

Was the "checkmark" in the sync icon in the last couple of month? Perhaps you disabled the automatic sync, or you are checking the wrong sync account.
Diarium always sync the entire database, so when it only downloaded content until January, there was likely no sync-upload after that. Thanks for the detailed response. And yes, it looks as though the phone stopped synchronising in January. Which is baffling because I can't recall doing anything to turn it off. Very strange.

jeremyr I'm sorry about that. It can happen that the sync gets interrupted, e.g. when you change your Microsoft password, in which case the OneDrive sync requires re-authentication (Diarium would display the login UI again once you start the app). But if you cancel that login UI, the sync would get disabled. Is it possible this might have happened?
