I bought the Pro version for my laptop from the Microsoft store this morning- this problem started immediately after on my phone. It has disconnected my cloud storage and won't reconnect on phone unless I buy pro again.
I read the FAQ and tried everything there. It will charge me again if I go through the store as I tried it with an old credit card !#.
I purchased the Pro when I had an S22 and now have an S24
