When right-clicking on a Calendar (Windows) day or long-pressing (when on my phone), currently, in order to add a New Entry using a Template that is not my default Template, I have to select "New Entry" then go to the upper menu to "Select Template", then select the desired Template. That seems to be a lot of friction when some right-click/long-press menu options already exist.
Here's my request:
Since there are already choices in the right-click/long-press pop-out menu, I'd like to request that all of the user's Templates be listed in this menu, not just the Default template (and New Entry and On This Day). This would enable a user to add a new entry more quickly using a specific Template instead of having to do the workaround.
For example:
I have two current Templates that I have designed. a) Thought Log (which I've designated as my Default bc I use it each morning), and b) Day Summary (which I use each evening).
When using right-click or long-press (my preferred method to create a new entry) in the evening, I have to "create" a Thought Log entry and then immediately switch it to the Day Summary template.
Having both of these Templates (and any others I create) available as a part of the right-click/long-press menu would ease the flow of creating a new entry.
Thank you, Timo for all your work and the lovely app. I enjoy using it.
