Share function as shown in this image. The person I want to share with is not listed, and I don't know how to see others.

This is the system share dialog. It is provided by the Windows operating system and the contents and available options are provided by other apps on the PC. Unfortunately I cannot help with your question on why the contact you are looking for is not shown there
