Duplicate notification for on this day

I received notification for on this day. After clicking the notification, it opened the app and immediately it showed notification again for in this day.

Note: i receive on this day notification at 12pm
Diarium version: 3.1.9
OS + version: ios 18.2 beta
Device model: iPhone 13

Does this happen repeatedly, can this be reproduce reliably?
When you clicked the notification, did the app cold-start or was it already open in the background and was only resumed?
Did you travel between different time zones in the past days or manually changed them in the iOS settings?
I did a quick test and it didn't happen for me

After further research it looks like this can happen after the time zone of the device has changed. I will use a better (time-zone independent) way to keep track of the last "on this day" notification date in the next app update. This could lead to one more duplicate "on this day" notification after the update due to this change.

App was opened first time. I usually close app as soon as i am done.

I didn't travel across time zones. My device isrunning on ios beta. May be that's why. I am not sure
