gumroad licensing questions

Hello,

I'm thinking about buying Diarium from gumroad, but I have a few questions:

May I reactivate the license on same hardware after OS reinstallation?
May I transfer the license to another computer? I want to buy new one in the next few months
If I decide to keep Diarium on my old computer, is app gonna work as long as hardware, hypothetically even if Elon Musk buy this app and decide to make it exclusive to residents of Jupiter only?

I'm using heavily debloated windows 10 without app store. Also, I'm enough old, so I remember some cloud services that were popular before and now they are history. Also, I have a few computers with some licensed software that I paid a lot and all of that still works. I'm kinda old school 🙂

Yes (but you can do the same with the one from the Microsoft Store, which is what I would recommend)

Jovan Yes, as long as both computers are used by the same person.
May I ask why you prefer the Gumroad option over the Microsoft Store?

Because I don't have windows store on my windows 10. I removed right after installation, I hate windows 10 forced updates, forced restarts, telemetry. Windows store is just another useless app for me.
Hope that Gumroad is not an .appinstaller or .msixbundle because I wouldn't be able to install. This will be first windows store app that I used in my life.

If it allows you to download apps you want to use, this doesn't sound so useless to me 🙂
I also don't think the Microsoft Store causes forced updates or restart, but really don't want to get into a discussion...

Buying an appinstaller or msixbundle is not an option for me.
I tought that I will get .exe installer like I get for all software, or like I did in last 15 years, without store 🙂
