Hi Diarium,
I am new to Diarium. I have been using Journey for a number of years with their lifetime license, and recently has some Google sync issues that make me on the hunt for another longterm journal app. I am in the process of migrating my Journey zip files to Diarium and so far everything looks great and totally intend to get a pro version if I sort out these two issues.
Device I use is Samsung Z Fold 5, so it's an Android.
Issue 1: when I import zip files and I can see the Diary Statistics (great feature by the way, a feature I always want but not exist in Journey). The first zip file has some attachments missing, that I had to match up diary with attachment one by one, and add them back in, also the .opu file add as a file. The second zip file has quite a number of diary entries (70 of them) missing and attachment missing. I have in total 5 zip file to import, and seeing these two issues I already stopped migrating more zip files. Can you help me with how I can resolve this issue?
The intention is to divide the zip file into different chunks so that it doesn't bombard the system so much all at once and for easier checking as well.
Issue 2: the date and time parameter set in the json file is the date of the journal entry. Diarium app read the date and time and weirdly add 11 hours to it. My phone is set at +10 timezone and I am in +10 timezone, so I would understand it if adds 10 hours to it. Actually that's the real time, the json time +10 hours, but now all my diaries, every one of them has problem like for example, the date/time set at 23:59 of the day, json date/time is 13:59, and in Diarium app, they all becomes 00:59 the next day. Why 11 hours? Where does it come from?
I really hope these two issues can be resolved because I see Diarium has so much potential to be my longterm diary app, but I really cannot go through over 9000 diary entries in the past 15 years, to make sure none of them are missing in this migration process. Please help.
