Line spacing should be adjustable in the basic settings.

Longer texts are difficult to read because the line spacing is too small. In the basic settings there should be an option to generally increase the line spacing to 1.15 or 1.2.

On my PC with Windows 11 the spacing is OK. There is enough space between the lines.
On my tablet with Android 14 there is too little/no space between the lines (see screenshot)

Thanks. Other fonts can lead to different line spacings.
I am always a bit hesitant when it comes to adding new options, because it makes navigating the settings page more difficult. Would be interested to hear some opinions from other users - maybe the line spacing should be slightly increased for everybody?

Thank you for your answer. I agree that it would be better not to add a new parameter. As a media designer, I know a lot about fonts. Body text is most readable when the line spacing is one third of the font size (e.g. 12p font size = 4pt between lines or 133% from line to line). If you use this value on Android, it would certainly be to the benefit of all users and the problem would be solved.

I normally work on my notebook - so under Windows. When I'm on the move, I use my tablet under Android. It's absolutely unsatisfying when the formatting suddenly looks completely different. The optical alignment of the Android version and the Windows version should be a given.
