iOS App and Computer version not syncing

Hi,

I have both paid versions of Diarium so I can use it on both my phone and my computer. Recently I got a new computer and I just downloaded the computer app and signed in with the same info I used for the iOS and told them to sync and it says they are synced but no entries are populating in the computer version. Can you please help me?

Computer version 3.0.86.0 and iOS version 3.0.86

OK, I just tried uninstalling the computer app and then downloading it again from the order page in my Microsoft account and then pressing sync. Now it says not enough cloud space to upload the database.

Which cloud space does it mean? I'm confused. If it's loading to my computer it can't mean iCloud space right? My iCloud is full but my Microsoft account has 1TB of space available and hardly any is used so I'm really confused.

That means there is not enough remaining space in your cloud storage (e.g. iCloud). If you want to use your OneDrive to sync, you need to specify OneDrive in the Cloud Sync settings on both devices

timo ahh okay, thank you! I think that worked. I think I thought it had to be iCloud since the app was Apple but I am glad to see that's not the case!
