Possible reasons could be:
- an unstable internet connection
- usage of a VPN or proxy servery
- temporary problem or unavailability of Cloud server
Please also check if there is an app update in the store. If none of the above applies and the problem persists over multiple hour please contact the developer. An error log will be appended in the mail.
Unfortunately there is no error code given. The clickable options listed are "Mail Developer" and "Help". When I click the option "Mail Developer" it switches to Chrome but nothing else happens. None of the problems listed above apply, except possibly "temporary problem or unavailability of Cloud server". As I say though, a connection is being made as some content is reaching the Cloud and synching. I have previously synched both ways with no issues - so I don't believe either side was set up as "read-only". In my Koofr WebDAV I can see that the files have been updated when I last wrote an Android entry.
As for the steps I am taking - I am writing the text portion of entries on the Mac, then adding photos to the same entry from my Android. I am manually syncing on each device. In the meantime, the error message reappears about once a minute on my Mac, no matter what option I click on it.
