Include Personalization settings in sync

Hi Timo,

I have 2 Android devices and I will be buying the Windows app for my laptop. I want all of my 3 Diarium apps to function identically no matter which device I use.

Among the menus in the Settings, the Personalization settings should be uniform across devices. I don't think people would want different Timeline view settings in different devices.

App theme and Accent color could be synced as well for a uniform view.

Diarium version: 3.0.87
OS + version: Android (and soon Windows)
Device model: Xiaomi phone, Samsung Tablet)

Android Material theme is specific to Android, I don't think it makes sense to "force" it on other platforms. My goal is that the app feels native on each platform. On iOS for example, Diarium uses the default iOS predefined colors. On macOS, custom accent colors aren't possible. On Android, accent colors need to be predefined as themes by the developer and also cannot be custom

timo Ok, I agree about the colors and theme. How about the other settings like "show tags in timeline" or "show time of entries"? Could they be synced?

They could be synced but it would require extending the database schema. Also, I am not sure if everyone would want such a feature. It could be that users want tags in the timeline on desktop (because there's more space) but not on mobile... And because adjusting the setting is pretty easy and normally not done frequently, I don't know if it would save a lot of time
