unable to sign in

When I try to enter my password to sign in, it lets me put a number or letter in and then deletes it and says it is the wrong password and I cannot log in. This is happening on my windows 11 PC on the Actual app download on windows. The app works fine on my phone.

I haven't made any changes to the PIN/login in many months, I'd be surprised if there was a bug on that page, many more users would complain about it. What does the placeholder on the login page say? "PIN" or "password"? Does the "wrong password" alert show up immediately after entering one digit? That would indicate that the app expects a 1-digit long PIN and you are entering a wrong one.
