Tracker reset to zero

I have been using Diarium for several years now. Each day I add a tracker which shows the total value of all my stock investments. Suddenly, today, when I look back at previous days each and every one shows a value of zero. When I go and look at the tags there is tag under tracker for 0 and two or three other random numbers that have no relationship. I have not updated tracker or my phone or anything else which might cause this issue. Any suggestions on what might cause this problem or more importantly how to correct it.?

That's a very odd issue that I haven't heard of before. Perhaps there is or was some bug in the database merging code when using the Cloud Sync (are you using it)? to diagnose the problem, it could be helpful to have insights into your journal database but I can understand if you don't want to give me access. At the moment, I have no idea what the cause of this could be.
Are the tracker tags otherwise all correct? Do they have the correct name and are they tagged to the correct entries?

It truly is odd. I am not aware of any bugs in the database. I have Diarium set to back up to Google Drive, but I am not sure where in Google Drive it is backing up, as I don't see anything obvious in terms of a folder or file.

I have no problem allowing you access to my journal database, but not sure how to privately give you that. And yes, all the other trackers seem to be fine. Nothing odd there that I can see.

As part of this discussion, please let me know what I need to look for in my Google Drive that represents the Diarium backups. At the same time I will look into the other options to backup my Diarium.

The sync merging logic is identical for all sync options, so nothing Google Drive specific. But when there was an merging issue, I would expect the tags to get mixed up more (e.g. wrong tags added instead if the tracker tag), but you say that this isnt the case. There isn't any code in the app that just erased the tracker value, which would cause the described behavior, so I am pretty confused...
