Using Custom GPT or Gemini Advanced

I thought screw it and paid 20 dollars for ChatGPT Plus. Here I have the ability to upload my diary into a custom GPT and it really works better than I expected. For example, I can get recommendations for the weekend or find out why I get sick. I can also do some basic data analysis and visualization. If you are using Gemini Advanced or GPTPlus, I would highly recommend this.

I like your suggestion. I intend to make a varient of it to capture interesting facts about weather and my vegitable garden.

When I use ChatGPT for fact finding, I ususally copy / paste it into the diary. My method is a manual process. I would like to know if you automated it or used some switch in Diarium to facilitate capturing the data?
