I'm a Building engineer and I use Diarium for the Building site's diary, I must send the report after the inspection. A button in android app for export only the page that I did is important to send the document immediatly.

That is already possile in the Windows version. You can also use the "share" button on all platforms.
You didn't mention for what platform you wish to have an export button in the details page (even though there is a placeholder for it when creating a new post)

Hi, I use the Androidversion.
I want an exportfunction (word, html) for the daily entry like the share-button. The Sharebutton is not really helpful for me, because it shares only the pictures from the entry. It would be a cool feature if a button in the menu opens the export-window with just the date from the selected day.
Another cool thing would be, if the export menu would save the last selected dates. I must select the dates before every export. It shows every time the dates from the first to the last entry.
I hope you can understand what I meen.

I made the following changes which will be in the next update:

Added "Export" option to the "more" menu on the details page
Added "Export" option to the context menu on the timeline views
When using the Export button on a single entry, the export page will have only that day pre-selected in the date picker
Reworked export screen on Android so that it can appear in any context
Added dedicated "Save to local storage" and "Share to other app" button to export sheet on Android to reduce number of required clicks
Reworked "data" selection on iOS, so the "Export" button is always visible in the Export sheet

If there are multiple entries on a day, all those entries are currently exported, not just the one selected. If this is a requirement you have, please open a new feature request.

Could you please let us merge 2 Darius calendars because I have one that I have made your information in when I first started with you and then I didn’t realize I logged into later when I got pro Darien account I logged into it and I have major information in it but now I can’t on my iPad. I have one Darius account and on my android Samsung I had at the other Darium account and I can’t have them together or it will replace each other and it’s awful.😩😖😔🥺pretty please Timo <3

timo Hi! I'm not sure I understand everything here. I used Diarium for several years - got interrupted last year and now I'm trying to build it into my daily habits again. I experimented with exporting before - It could be done but it was a little rough around the edges. I tested an export today and you have made amazing changes. The entries are much cleaner. I want selected entries to go to one export file. What changed - before pictures would export with the entry. I was keeping a journal, a food diary, a medical diary, etc. I could sort by tags and export to pdf for print or sharing purposes.
How do I get the pictures back with the daily entries? being in a separate zip file is of zero use.
I use Diarium on my Android phone and on my PC. I would pay for an upgrade if you decide to attach images directly inline on daily entries.
I hoped for a long time that you would have the option to create separate diaries. I still wish for that but can make tags work - it's just messier.

RachelT You can control in the export page whethere attachments are put along with the text or into separate files

timo Thank you! I tried 7 or 8 exports yesterday and couldn't get it to work. Today, I exported the whole thing and all of the pictures attached. Then I tried an export by tag and it worked just fine. Not sure why, but I'm grateful!

Hello,
On Android when exporting to .docx, it does send the location data and temperatures, but it doesn't give the name of the location (city et. al.) or the weather stamp for the day (e.g. sunny ☀️, stormy ⛈️, etc.). The weather stamp does appear in .html, but then the photos are only thumbnails and they can't be viewed properly. I would prefer .docx export, but I'd really like to see the day's weather and a location I can recognize. Is there something that can be done for this?

Edit: I used an actual browser (chrome) to view the .html instead of the Android reader, and now I can view the photos, the map location, and, as I just read in another thread, listen to the audio recordings. Sorry about that. For printing purposes, though, I'm thinking a .docx would be better?
