  • How to upgrade to Pro version?

I just purchased Diarium through the Microsoft Store. I'd like to upgrade to Pro so can use on all my devices, but can't see how to do this. Can you send me a link?

Diarium version: 3.0.76.0
OS + version: Windows 11
Device model: Nitro 5, Samsung S21, Chromebook

There is no Pro version on Windows - buying the app unlocks all features for that platform. More info in the FAQs

I would think it would be easier to pay you for pro, but I'm having troubles. There is no link anywhere on Google Play that I can see to buy pro.

Also, as the Pro version is not available on Windows, does this mean I cannot use it on my Windows laptop?

    ElizabethS You can absolutely use the app with all it's features on Windows. You already purchased it, so you have all the Pro features.
    And on Android, there's a "Pro version" button in the main menu. Also, the app prompts you to buy the Pro version if you attempt to use any of the "Pro" features

    I thought I had purchased it a few years ago, but I do not have pro on my computer or in my Google Drive. How do I find it?
    The version I have on the computer is the free one, which is spontaneously generating the following message: "Diary not synced. A newer version. A newer state of the diary is available on the cloud."

    On my phone Samsung S21, no matter what I click on I do not get an option to buy. If I try to sync (which I thought was a pro feature) I get an "Error while syncing diary" message.

        The version I have on my computer does not have any of the entries I made a few years ago. It indicates the start date as the day I downloaded it this week. I did not pay for what I downloaded this week. I have no receipt for payment for Diarium. Don't know what else to say about this.
