Prior to the other day, when I wanted an audio recording and its text entered in my journal, I would use a third party app and then share recording and text to my journal entry, which in effect, makes my recording "searchable". I just learned that I can make my audio recording from Diarium, then, click my microphone button from my Gboard, scroll down (don't close keyboard, just scroll down to audio), then play the Diarium recording, allow keyboard to listen, and presto, Gboard transcribes text from the recording into that same Diarium entry. It is not faster than the way I did it before, but I can stay inside the Diarium app the entire time this new way. (: I don't like bothering with multiple apps for this process.
