MAC Tags colors not preserved

I have a tag called TAX in darkredcolor but when I add in MAC it is showing theme color instead

After adding its showing theme color(orange)

But when I add in my iphone 13 and sync on mac then it is showing correctly as RED color

OS + version: sonoma
Device model: macbook air m1

Something similar happening in iPhone as well

When we add tag to entry, it is showing theme colour at first. When i go back to timeline view and open details view it shows property

Here payment should be dark purple but showing theme colour for one of tags.
