Diarium crashes when I try to open any day's entry.

Diarium version: 2.9.84
OS + version: /e/OS v1.14 (degoogled Android)
Device model: Fairphone 3+

I had Diarium installed on my phone and was using it daily until a few months ago when it developed a fault that made it crash every time I tried to open the entry for any day, either from the calendar or the timeline, so preventing me entering data from my phone. The OS and Diarium version s are up to date.
I also have Diarium installed on my laptop running Windows 10 and this is working perfectly.
On my phone I can launch the app and see which days have entries both on the calendar and timeline screens, but can't open the entry for any day.
I would be grateful if you could solve the problem so I can enter a days entry on my phone rather than having to get my laptop out.

Very possible that this is because you "degoogled" your phone. Diarium depends on Google components in many parts of the app, like Google Maps (which is used in the details page).
How did you get the app in the first place? I am only offering the app through the (Google) Play Store.

I got the app from the Google Play Store via the 'App Lounge' App in /e/OS, which gives access to all Play Store apps, either anonymously or using a Google account, and it worked perfectly for a long time, including the maps feature. The Maps feature still works, until I try to open a day's entry from it, and uses an app called Map Libre, but the native maps app in /e/OS is Magic Earth. All Google services and components are replaced MicroG and others.
