What do you mean with "login my account"?
If you log in to the Cloud Sync with the same account (that you also used actively on the old device), Diarium will download your old journal.
If that is not happening, you either used a different Cloud service, logged in with a different account or the Cloud Sync hasn't been enabled on your old device
