Automatic entries via API/web service

I am adding few entries with fixed payments on weekly and monthly basis, for example EMI, SIP, going to church in special day of week etc. It would be helpful if we have a way to add automatic entries via web service/api so that we can schedule.

Basically all the crud operations involved in diarium can be exposed as api/webservice and we can create our own application in different platforms based the coding experience of users.

things that we do via app can be done using api as well.
endpoints can do create, delete, update diarium entries.

if cloud sync is enabled then another api for syncing to cloud. maybe this require token from authentication.

i am not 100% sure how it's structured internally.

An API would be incredible. Can then integrate with my obsidian vault or add other data via other services that are not a priority for Diarium to implement. I think it’ll help a bunch of us who have rather niche requests that appeal to an audience of one.

Diarium doesn't have a backend or server - how should such an API work?

AvinashR Are you suggesting running a local REST server? Besides that it won't be possible on mobile devices, it also goes far beyond what a simple journal app like Diarium aims to offer.
