What do you mean by that? Permanently attach it to the journal?

Either that, or, if the Google Photos API allows that, "embed" the photo, so that I can enlarge it, but it won't appear on local storage or oud storage as a separate file.

Linking Google photos would be increbible!
I currently have about 1,500 photos attached to entries. When I sync to a new device, I often get several failurs before it completes the initial sync.the Diatium folder is 979 MB. I've been using this app for many years now and photos are very important to me
the Google FIT integration has been working very good.

Loving the app after having purchased earlier in the year (thanks for not being subscription based, made a big difference to my decision as did Facebook integration) and slowly retroactively adding entries to events over my near 20 year marriage, maybe to pass onto my daughter in years to come but I digress. Came here to ask for the above feature but not as to embed the photos themselves as some suggested but a link to the days photos on Google (or the similar Amazon service) like what has recently been added with the Google timeline link. I would assume but not presume that a simple link would be easier to add than the ability to embed the photos themselves so perhaps a quicker win for the time being while still being a useful addition? Doesn't mean that the request to embed has to be dismissed but perhaps this could be a stepping stone or even two distinct features for more flexibility.

Adding the ability to add a hyper link to an entry would solve this (and solve linking to other things as well). Unless you can already do it and I just missed it.

It would STILL be great to integrate Google photos, based on timestamp, though.

E.g., my entry today: ..."Christmas PJs picture (full URL) we tried to take"
I'd prefer to just be able to hyperlink "Christmas PJs picture" to the URL of the Google photo I want to link to.

IN ADDITION to this, it would be great to integrate Google photos taken the same day as an entry. But in the meantime, just adding hyperlinking would provide a generally very usable solve.

It was pointed out here that one can link to Google Photos using a URL, maybe this could serve as a workaround because I don't plan to add support for Google Photos integration via the Photos API

+1, would love to see all photos that match the day from google photos (or onedrive, or both!)

The camera roll is great as it does show them by day and I can attach them, but at the end of the month I move the camera roll to a month folder in a different place so I can only see photos for the current month, tough if I miss a few days at the end of the previous month and want to go back and fill in!

please do consider making this, would hugely improve the app!

Another bump to this! Even just an automatically generated link as with Google timeline would be handy, but full integration would be amazing!
